Client - Major Financial Firm
Duration - 12 + Month (potential for extension)
Location - Tampa, FL 33637
Rate - $35.03/hr on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $47.29/hr)
Job Description:
1. Support program manager to ensure adherence to initiative governance standards and procedures
2. Work with program team members and project managers to complete program/project management-related deliverables, at the direction of the program manager
3. Facilitate meetings and record meeting minutes
4. Document program/project management processes in alignment with governance framework
5. Maintain initiative-level artifacts related to governance, including initiative scope and schedule documentation (including logs of changes and key decisions)
6. Support with organizing SharePoint document libraries and ensuring completion/availability of program- and project-level artifacts
7. Support, as necessary, with creating project plans, completing status reports, and following up with program/project stakeholders on the status of actions, risks and issues
8. Create executive-level presentations
Qualifications:
1. 4 year college degree (or equivalent experience)
2. 3 years experience working in Financial Services industry
3. 3 years experience managing projects or significant project involvement
4. Analytical with great attention to detail
5. Ability to drive results
6. Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
7. Ability to take on multiple assignments and maintain composure in fast-paced, high pressure environment
8. Time management and organization skills
9. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Project)
