Customer Service

 The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of handling a variety of customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through efficient and friendly service.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to customer service excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Academic/Training

  • Minimum Academic Training: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize and maintain professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

  • Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
  • Work Schedule: On-site, 1 fixed day off during the workweek and 1 rotating day off during the weekend.
  • Work Modality: On-site, San Benito area.
