Requirements
- Create, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple clients to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve website performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and keyword-rich content.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and make data-driven decisions to improve rankings.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on SEO performance data.
- Keep pace with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing management, preferably within a digital agency.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
