As a Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager focused on interviewer experience and efficacy at Bezos Academy, you will design, build, and manage programs including hiring manager training, interviewer efficacy, and quality assurance in hiring. By managing the programs designed to ensure we hire the best possible talent, your role directly impacts our ability to grow the efficacy and reach of our multi-state network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities.

In this position, you will design and build the training curriculum for all interviewers, hiring managers, and those who ensure high quality hiring decisions, internally known as bar raisers, to ensure strong alignment with our hiring philosophy. You will facilitate trainings and collect participant feedback to make ongoing improvements. You will partner closely with talent management and talent acquisition leadership to develop tools and systems to assess the effectiveness of everyone who participates in hiring, supporting growth and development. You will forecast hiring demand and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure sufficient interviewer capacity to meet evolving needs while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring outcomes. You will support other talent acquisition or People Team (HR) projects as needed.

You bring extensive experience interviewing and hiring in addition to robust enterprise-wide program management experience. You are passionate about hiring and developing the best and bring a bold vision for a suite of talent acquisition programs that fuel our impact on children and families across the country.
