Your responsibilities could include overseeing groups of children, following curriculum, playing games, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children while maintaining state standards of care! Position Requirements:
- Professionalism: We are looking for individuals who are serious about furthering their career in childcare or education and will take this job to heart.
- Reliable: The ideal candidate will commit to working weekdays and has demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability in previous roles.
- Committed: Must be able to successfully implement program activities from the site coordinator.
- Collaborative: It takes a village and you should enjoy working as a team with other teachers and support staff to make the day great for the children and provide peace of mind for parents.
- Transportation: You must have reliable transportation, so that you can arrive timely for your shifts.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) prior to being hired
- 6 months or more of working with children outside of family
- Ability to provide 2 childcare references and 1 character reference
- Must be able to pass a detailed background screen
- 12 ECE units required
- Infant Teacher 12 ECE with Infant units
- Willing to receive TDAP, MMR and Flu Shot
