The position is to support Huawei Digital Power partners – value-added partners, distributors, installers, and other types of industrial partners in the ecosystem, in regard to operational management and process compliance, which includes but is not limited the routine meetings with partners, managing and support partner’s identity, certification, incentives and capability, localize the PV community platform or another system, approaches to facility partners’ cooperation with Huawei.</p><p>Please notice this is a contingent consultant position. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate and support the routine meeting (Kick-off meeting, Quarterly business review, Bi-weekly meeting and etc.) with partners to support Huawei’s business development with partners in the ecosystem.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with the internal team to maintain Huawei channel policy, and keep improving partner satisfaction in terms of process, support, channel selection fairness, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for partner authorization, registration process, and related maintenance work of partners' contract and agreement</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for partner capability improvement by achieving the team’s annual goal or meeting basic requirements in terms of partners' certification and other goals related to ecosystem partners</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the maintenance, localization, and publishing of partner incentive policy, calculating and publishing incentives on a quarterly or regular basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for partner-related internal and external process compliance</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the implementation and operation of the PV communication platform by achieving the team’s annual goal</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with Huawei Region and HQ offices and coordinate resources to better facilitate cooperation with local partners</li></ul><ul><li>Support to other team members’ partner business development</li></ul><p><strong>Requirement</strong></p><p>To be successful in this position, you should:</p><ul><li>Have previous experience in channel operation role from B2B business or very relevant experience to the above responsibilities</li></ul><ul><li>Being a committed and responsible person, result oriented</li></ul><ul><li>Being a fast learner and can work under pressure</li></ul><ul><li>Being comfortable working in an international team and is good at teamwork</li></ul><ul><li>Have good communication skills and execution</li></ul><ul><li>Being good at Microsoft Office software</li></ul><ul><li>Have proficient written and oral English skills, Chinese is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>We offer:</strong><br></p><ul><li>An exciting opportunity to work with the newest technologies within the ICT industry.</li><li>International working environment.</li><li>In Huawei you will have a great possibility to learn and advance within the company.</li><li>We recognize and reward ambitious and skilled employees, in our fast-growing leading international organization.</li></ul><ul><li></ul> •
