Will be responsible for the business enablement for subscription lifecycle commerce, CPQ, mergers and acquisitions integrations, renewals management as a portfolio. The candidate will be leading the design and development to build out the commerce GTM solutions for Client. Build IT Solution user stories based on upstream business requirements providing a systemic solve for automation. Produce standardized BSA artifacts to define the solution and interlock with engineering thoroughly. Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, functional and technical skills in commercial processes and subscription lifecycle business enablement
(1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
(2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer
(3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
(5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents •
