You’ll get in front of our clients from day one. This is a key role in our team and you’ll be instrumental in leading to successful client outcomes and deliverables. If you're passionate about the limitless possibilities of AI in driving innovation, we should definitely talk!

What does success look like from the inside?

Our entrepreneurial talent is one of the biggest drivers for our growth which doesn’t vibe too well with very rigid job descriptions. At the same time we want to be transparent around what's expected of this role. That's why we've included our success factors, a framework that serves as a foundation for setting clear role expectations and allowing our people to grow. We anticipate that you will be acknowledged by your team and clients as a role model:

  • Project contribution and ownership: You own world class deliverables across a portfolio of client accounts. You are visible and reliable as a source of knowledge, challenge and general bar raising. You escalate operational issues with clients promptly to avoid distraction. You create a unifying vision for each project/client.
  • Project management: You manage and scope profitable projects and can spot reasonable opportunities for investment for upselling and on-selling.
  • Self driven learning: You are seen as an innovation leader by clients - used as a sparring partner, not a supplier.
  • Business development: You comfortably, authentically make strategic partnerships across contacts and your clients, telling stories and putting BOI in the best position to win the kind of work we want to do. You have an existing network of clients that generate significant, long term revenues and are constantly looking for opportunities to build new strategic client relationships.

Requirements

  • You bring in +-10 years of relevant experience in an innovation agency / strategy agency / AI agency
  • You have a strong network across some of our key verticals (healthcare, FMCG, Industrial)
  • You have a track record of successfully overseeing end-to-end corporate innovation projects and leading teams that have delivered successful innovation projects, as part of an agency.
  • You not only demonstrate a distinct preference for integrating AI and data science into the innovation process but also possess the potential to coach and guide others in doing the same
  • You are eligible to work in the United States and you’re excited to work from our NYC office a few times a week.
  • You are comfortable closing new deals/partnerships (in the range of +650K USD / deal)
