Job Purpose: 
 
Be part of a central team delivering a professional, seamless, and proactive service to Mulberry clients requiring information or assistance across a variety of topics and platforms. Resolve any issues to the satisfaction of all parties, reflecting the Mulberry values and integrity of the brand. 
 
 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  
 
eCommerce Platform Management: 
 
· Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date 
· Manage inventory levels, update product availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely restocking 
· Responsible for gathering needed online attributes, creating and uploading new product data imports to e-commerce platforms and partnering with correct parties for information exchange 
· Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, average order value, cancellation rate 
· Resolve any customer care issues to the satisfaction of all parties, reflecting the Mulberry values and integrity of the brand 
 
Stock & Order Fulfillment 
 
· Monitor and process incoming orders, adhering to company SLA’s 
· Partner closely with US B&M team to action needed stock movements 
· Track new and replenishment stock movements, ensuring on time and accurate delivery 
· Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and resolve any order or fulfillment issues, including cancellations, and returns 
 
Personal Development 
 
· Be proactive within the team and recognize workload priorities 
· Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as requested 
· Adhere to deadlines 
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 
· Computer literate with excellent knowledge of CMS platforms 
· Works cooperatively and effectively with others in a team to achieve shared objectives 
· Reliable, punctual, and quick thinking 
· Displays strong interpersonal effectiveness 
· Experience in a luxury retail sales environment is advantageous

· Experience using Mirakl, Salesforce, WorldShip, Prima and Hybris

· 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 
·   Cover during peak sale periods & holiday will be require
