About the team

  • The Product Offering Platform team (‘POP’ for short) is responsible for ensuring that Contentsquare’s major monetisation systems are meeting the needs of our customers - both internal teams and external users. We are part of the monetisation group & partner closely with Contentsquare’s Commercial Pricing Director, Engineering leads and Product leads to define technology vision, product capabilities, and roadmaps for our pricing, packaging & feature entitlement systems while delivering reliable experiences for our customers. You'll play a crucial role in developing state-of-the-art internal tools in a very high impact/risk domain that enable our teams to effectively monetise their products & features.

What you’ll do

  • Lead development and execution of our monetization platform strategy
  • Build & optimise internal tooling to empower teams in monetising their features
  • Act as an evangelist to raise awareness & drive internal platform adoption with teams
  • Prioritise ruthlessly by using data & weighting tradeoffs
  • Create extensive documentation to facilitate understanding & adoption of the system
  • Collaborate with engineering on API design, architecture & platform capabilities
  • Identify needs & deliver best-in-class experiences for our internal development teams
  • Define key success metrics for internal (developer) products
  • Partner with product marketing to run go-to-market & create enablement materials

What you’ll need to succeed

  • +5 years product management experience in a technical environment or equivalent
  • Strong technical background with solid grasp of system and platform architecture, preferably in related domains such as monetisation systems
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity at scale within a matrixed organization
  • Experience in operating in an organisation at scale, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills & strong understanding of developer needs
  • Strong sense of ownership & bias to action
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, concise & effective way
  • Proficiency in API design implementation
  • Data-driven. Base your decisions on facts & metrics rather than opinions.
  • Proven ability to validate ideas efficiently with minimal resources
  • Strive in a respectful, transparent & collaborative environment in line with our values

  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Background in developing internal tools and platforms
  • Deep understanding of monetization platforms and strategies
  • Proven experience in developing B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers, driving business impact with a proven track record for customer facing delivery
