The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a senior Business Analyst to support the business process and requirements analysis and implementation of a statewide IT project for Communicable Disease Branch of Division of Public Health.

Experience in development of procurement related documents including RFP and evaluation criteria.	Highly desired	5 Years
Demonstrable analytical skills and an attention to detail.	Required	7 Years

Experience working for State government	Highly desired	5 Years
Communicable Disease System or other healthcare system related experience	Desired	3 Years
Knowledge Creating Context Diagram and Functional decomposition	Required	5 Years
Demonstrated experience with both waterfall and agile projects	Required	5 Years
Comfortable working in an environment that is driving toward agile transformation while continuing to operate within a mature waterfall structure	Highly desired	3 Years
Experience with Jira, SharePoint and other tools	Highly desired	4 Years
