Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Manager, CEX in analyzing customer feedback for the portfolio of Care Enterprise products.  The responsibilities include: 

  • Gathering and analyzing member feedback to identify areas for:
    • Product and process improvements and enhancements
    • Product Bug Fixes
    • Customer Education and Communication improvements
  • Conducting Pre and Post analysis of impact of product enhancement and fixes
  • Developing a strong understanding of Care’s products and services 
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring that member interactions align with established guidelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless member experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to new technology in order to quickly establish product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Survey Monkey and Salesforce is a plus

Salary Range:  $60,000 to $65,000.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
