The Director, Product Management – Sexual Health will play a key role in driving growth of the Diagnostics business at OraSure. The Director will have leadership responsibility for key elements of OraSure’s portfolio of lateral flow and molecular sexual health rapid testing technologies. This position will play a key role in leading 1) the development and execution of the product roadmap for the sexual health portfolio, including new product introduction and product lifecycle management; 2) development and execution of the business strategy to drive commercial success of the products within the portfolio; and 3) all other aspects of on-going product support for the assigned portfolio of products. The Director will work closely with other cross-functional leaders in the execution of these responsibilities and will ensure that business projects within the sexual health portfolio are executed effectively and efficiently. This role will operate in a player/coach model and may have direct responsibility for a specific product line, in addition to the oversight of the team.
