Role: Transformation Manager (FTC - 12 months)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Transformation Manager will be passionate about guiding clients and OLIVER account teams through the transformative journey of building and integrating agency teams into client ecosystems. This role is at the heart of our unique in-house model, designed to disrupt and enhance traditional agency-client interactions. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Partner with the Transformation Director (Implementation) to implement our innovative in-house model for new and existing clients.
  • Take ownership of creative, technical, and operational work streams, ensuring end-to-end success.  
  • Oversee the project management of developing and integrating new process models, building new organisational structures, capabilities and technological advancements into a client’s ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with various departments and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and challenges, tailoring the project to facilitate a smooth transition and positive experience.  
  • Apply the knowledge and insights gained from our extensive experience in building bespoke agency solutions, whilst keeping full control of the plan and it’s execution on time and within budget.

  • Innovative and organized, with a hands-on approach to developing presentations and materials.
  • Strong communication, technical, delivery, and project management skills.
  • Adept at critical thinking, evaluating data, proactive change and risk management.
  • Inspirational with the ability to motivate people and foster team spirit.
  • Not mandatory but once to have: Experience with Aviation clients
