End User Services Engineer
The Role
We are seeking a highly talented and skilled engineer to join our team as an End User Services Engineer. The team is responsible for the monitoring/supporting of our Windows infrastructure, Citrix VDI platform, SaaS platforms, and desktop applications as well as resolving direct technical issues across a global platform of end-users including investment professionals, middle & back-office employees, and technologists. This role is hands-on and would allow the opportunity to work on both front-end support as well as back-end engineering while focused on continuously improving user experience. We expect innovative ideas and solutions regarding user experience to be the digital enabler for the business.
What you’ll do
The End User Services Engineer will serve as the main technical point for our NYC HQ. You will be tasked with not only providing technical support to users but also helping with projects and rollouts such as desktop cloud migrations, mobile endpoint program & physical office expansions to provide a consistent user experience. You will be part of a global 24/7 dynamic workforce that will require extending support to all Schonfeld locations in a collaborative manner. An ideal candidate will showcase both project management, technical, & communication skills.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $85,000 and $120,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
