Responsibilities

Use knowledge and experience in the field of KYB process operational management to lead a team in addressing challenging global KYB onboarding and its related issues.
Lead a team and assign tasks to team members in according with established OKRs and KPIs.
Set and track goal and KPI progress, associate with department objectives for all team members, preparing documentation and charts for the compliance reports and team productivity performance.
Use strong statistical analysis to identify onboarding trends, root cause analysis and compliance vendors performance monitoring.
Support the compliance manager in preparing responses to KYB enquiries during internal/ external audit.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, investigations (KYB on corporates, offshore and complex structures would be deemed an advantage).
Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong track record in leading medium to large remote teams.
Able to drive and deliver high quality risk assessments, remediations, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence projects.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards.
Highly preferred for candidates to possess ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications or others.
Good knowledge on provisions of crypto/fiat licensed entities local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable.
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written, is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
