Role Purpose

To provide administrative support for the sales activities of the region in an accurate and timely manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with the right experience and attitude.

Role Responsibilities

Main Duties

• Collating sales activity data and reporting
• Collating order information packs
• Creation of sales quotations
• Provide interface with internal and external customers and field based staff
• Maintaining customer files
• Producing financial contracts
• Undertaking of general office and administration duties

Person Specification

Role Requirements

• Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong admin experience
• SAP experience is a plus
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience
