In short, your role within Jungheinrich will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics.

Role Purpose
- To work closely with and support the Head of HR and HR Team to develop and deliver HR initiatives to support business objectives. To provide proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for operational HR issues within a designated Region.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice.
- Driving and delivering HR initiatives to support business needs.
- Working in partnership with the management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support improved organisational and people performance in line with business needs. This includes identifying ER risks and adhering to HR policies.
- Guiding and coaching managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
- Owning and be responsible for projects as agreed with the Head of HR.
- Supporting other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues, e.g. recruitment, payroll.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Head of HR or HR Director.

- Qualified to Level 7 CIPD or equivalent.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
Technical Requirements:
- Being highly proficient in the functionality and management of the data on the HR system including security settings, role management and reporting.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes, specifically Excel.
- Experience of HR systems.
