Web Developer
Emerging Technologies in WW Channel Strategy & Operations is seeking an experienced web production developer to be part of a tight-knit team, ensuring high quality results while meeting ambitious deadlines.
As a production developer on our team, you will support our organization in building rich HTML training content. Your work will directly impact salespeople in countries around the world and move the needle on the 70% of Client's revenue that comes through channel sales.
WW Channel Strategy & Operations is responsible for training over 1 million channel salespeople. As a member of our production team, you will collaborate with instructional designers, visual and UX designers, and project managers to build and launch transformative new eLearning experiences. You’ll also represent the Client brand through your work, ensuring high-quality code and layouts.
2 - 5 years of experience.Demonstrated ability in developing front-end HTML code
Solid understanding of cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility standards and behaviors
Strong HTML and CSS skills. Experience in JavaScript, Node, and scripting languages (PHP, Python, etc) is a plus.
Experience with versions control systems, specifically Git
Knowledgeable and eager to implement current web design and development trends including HTML5 and CSS3
Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability
Understanding of challenges behind localization of HTML and its impact on web development
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Great attention to detail
Flexible, dedicated, highly organized, and excellent at multitasking
React quickly to new information, opinions, and direction, and can strategically pivot when necessary
Passion for creating a great user experience and interaction
Understanding of design/UX principles and ability to participate in design discussions
Comfortable working with Photoshop and Sketch
Experience and/or affinity for learning and education fields
Passion for Client technologies
Education
BA/BS or MS in Computer Science
