What You’ll Do?
- Creating various funnels (e.g., sales funnels, onboarding funnels) to analyze user behavior, and identify potential reasons for drop-offs at each stage.
- Inform product teams about user behavior within the product and provide data-driven insights
on potential performance improvements.
- Conduct event testing after website and application version updates or infrastructure changes
to ensure accurate data transfers to platforms.
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Who You Are?
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Technology, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional job experience in a Web & App Analytics position.
- Strong analytical mindset and an ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong expertise in web analytics technologies, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), including event tracking, postbacks, and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in setting up, auditing, and integrating web & mobile app events, as well as tracking schema.
- Knowledge with reporting & data visualization tools tols like LookerStudio and Tableau.
- Having SQL and BigQuery skills and experience is a bonus.
- Proficient in using Amplitude and Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, create segmentation, and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams to provide actionable insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement through a holistic data strategy.
