About the role

Are you a Digital Marketer with a knack for creative writing? We need your storytelling skills to elevate our content, drive brand awareness, and plan unforgettable campaigns.

The purpose of this role is to support the work of the marketing team across all projects and activities to help drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The role exists to support the product marketing functions through the creation of email campaigns, presentations, blogs, sales collateral and other digital content. Emphasis will be placed on driving traffic to the ARO website, whether that be through email clicks, SEO-optimised blogs, or social media posts as well as organising both internal and external events.

Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 2 -3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.

What you’ll do

• Maintain an ongoing calendar of Email Marketing campaigns to generate website visits and sales leads, working closely with other teams and departments.
• Publish at least one blog and LinkedIn post per week.
• Assist with the organisation, planning and delivery of two internal ARO events per year.
• Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all collateral is relevant, up to date and shared with the wider organisation.
• Assist the marketing team with campaign and platform management.
• Develop and deliver a broad range of marketing activity (predominantly digital and   written content) to achieve company goals, strategy and KPIs.
• Support the Product Marketing Manager with the creation of all types of marketing collateral including email copy, blogs, white papers, solution briefs, and social posts.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Maintain the presentations, marketing materials and communications used by other departments.
• Provide assistance in terms of planning and logistics for customer and staff events.
• Provide support to the sales team for tenders, proposals and presentations as required.      

Requirements

   What we are looking for?

Essential

•    Excellent creative and technical writing skills.

•    Creative thinking and approach to problem solving.
•    Prowess in planning digital marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums.
•    Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
•    Advanced skills in Word, Powerpoint and Publisher
•    Great organisation and time management.
•    Ability to analyse campaign performance and report on successes

Desirable

•   Previous experience in a B2B digital marketing role.
•   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar.
•   Experience in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics
