As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flipster
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to play a crucial role in driving our company's growth through strategic talent acquisition. In this role, you will lead the effort in attracting and securing top-tier talent to join our diverse and dynamic teams. You'll utilize your recruitment expertise to navigate a competitive talent landscape, attracting and securing top-tier talent who not only excel in their role but also embody our values and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent, focusing on innovative strategies and engagement of passive candidates
  • Work persistently to meet our ambitious hiring targets, showing determination in finding and attracting the best talent, no matter the challenge
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, ensuring a balance between efficient processes and a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with departmental goals
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an excellent workplace
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other networking activities to promote the brand

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, either with a search firm or an in-house recruiting team
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, engaging passive candidates, managing candidates, and closing offers
  • Experience recruiting in the APAC market
  • Proven ability to create and maintain partnerships with internal leadership
  • Self-driven and proactive personality
  • Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese languages is highly plus
  • Knowledge of or experience in blockchain technology and traditional finance
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in tech recruiting
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or technology company
  • Experience working in Hedge fund or financial Market

Hiring process

  • 1st round interview with a peer
  • 2nd round interview with the Head of global recruiting
  • 3rd round interview with C-level executives
