This role is based out of our Amsterdam office and the team is located in European timezones.
Our ads team is developing Dynamic Product Ads, enabling us to match users to specific advertiser products. Our vision is for Reddit’s product ads to be highly relevant and contextual. A user browsing r/golf sees ads for popular golf clubs. A user reading a thread on r/buyitforlife thread about sunglasses sees ads for the exact models being discussed, just a few clicks away from a purchase. To achieve this vision, we need a highly scalable catalog infrastructure and intuitive user experience to onboard thousands of advertisers and ingest millions of products into our systems.
As the Engineering Manager for the Product Catalogs team at Reddit, you will lead the full stack team responsible for our entire advertiser-facing experience. You will build UIs, APIs, and backend systems that manage advertiser’s products. This role combines technical expertise, leadership abilities, and drive to understand and deliver on customer needs.
