Quantity Surveyor (Candidate / Junior)

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Candidate/Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Cape Town.

As a Candidate/Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to various projects across different industries.

If you are a recent graduate or have some experience in Quantity Surveying, this role will provide you with the opportunity to further develop your skills and grow your career within the industry.

You will assist with:

• Cost estimating
• Preparing tender documents,
• Conducting site visits,
• Ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 2-4 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred applicants should be located in Cape Town, but candidates based in Gauteng who are willing to relocate will also be considered.
