Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Career.io team you will work on products you will work on products that help users with job search, resume writing, interview success and professional expertise growth. You will closely with the product and engineering teams to design, develop, and implement new product features and experiences that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

This is a remote position open to most locations. 

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design of new product features, from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers and data analysts, to ensure the design is technically feasible and meets business goals
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile products
• Communicate design solutions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and teams
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate ideas
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies, and bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team

THE MUST-HAVES

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
• Knowledge of English sufficient to communicate with colleagues
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies
• Experience operating with design systems
• Self-directed, energetic, and collaborative workstyle across remote teams
• Ability to work within both well-defined requirements or with ambiguity and flexibility
• The ability to propose and present your ideas and advocate them
• Genuine, mature personality, that encourages and provides constructive feedback
