The Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a Gaming Vertical Marketing Lead who can drive the user adoption of Web3 games with innovative Web3 growth techniques to drive the success of games launching on Arbitrum. Your role is central to ensuring growth and success of the games you work with to deliver successful player adoption and onchain activity. You will provide consultations to our partners and you will also be responsible for running growth campaigns for our partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive user growth strategies for partners launching games on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques (e.g. social campaigns, AMAs’, content creator activations, digital marketing, NFT & tokens for e-sports activations, content crossovers, etc.)
- Lead and conceptualise Web3 incentives growth campaigns for the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem in partnership with the gaming partnership team, aligning with the partners' goals and growing on-chain activity.
- Understand partners' needs and craft solutions, serving as a consultant to fuel their on-chain growth.
- Work closely with our community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end-to-end campaigns with message cohesion.
- Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their GTM plans, industry research, and problem-solving while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve bigger goals for the partners.
- Create best practices and growth programs to improve the cohesion and engagement of the Arbitrum gaming community
Requirements
- Gaming and/or Web3 professional marketing experience is highly preferred.
- 5+ years in growth management, in relation to Web2 and Web3-related growth experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview.
- In-depth knowledge of the Web3 gaming ecosystem.
- Good grasp of Web3 gaming user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.
- Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners.
- Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done.
- Be able to work across time zones with global partners.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
