The BDM role is focused on the development of customer relationships, sales opportunities within new and dormant accounts in EMEA for N2S. BDM focuses on partnering with clients for their staffing needs for its talent needs with strategic and new clients.
The Business Development Manager will establish and build a trusting relationship with potential prospects and develop and close sales opportunities within new accounts. The service lines that BDM will sell will be a combination of IT Staffing, Non-IT Staffing, Permanent Recruitment Solutions & Workforce solutions such as MSP, RPO etc.
Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaning conversations with prospect
Work with Consultants to address customers specific requirements
Drive performance using data analysis and sales process skills
Optimize the use of all sales tools within the team and recommend new ones to be procured
Lead commercial offer and manage contract negotiation in view of company interest.
Partner Commercial Solutions and internal resources to obtain the best possible commercial terms.
Solution Selling
Identify the customer's business needs, challenges, technical requirements and propose N2S's staffing solutions in partnership with SE/SA/supporting team.
Lead the engagement, position our value, leverage internal resources where appropriate and adapt the pitch to customer's need and persona.
Focus time and resource on the right customer profile, act with sense of urgency and stay committed and accountable to achieve positive outcome and hitting targets.
Prospect, pitch, and close new opportunities for Staffing, Payroll, RPO and SOW business
Contribute to the development, execution and follow-thru of a variety of marketing initiatives to support designated geography to maintain penetration to appropriate customers
Coordinate with Opportunity Development team to strategize leads & qualify sales opportunities.
Pitch prospects primarily at C-level and leverage industry leaders and partners to build contacts.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in driving revenue and key account management, with experience in client and talent acquisition
Extensive experience in Staffing/recruitment.
Familiar with local European employment rules and regulations.
High level skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint and Drives
Able to do the job independently; Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
Experience in UK/EU based staffing organisation -Mandatory.
Must have experience of Contingent workforce models and familiar with solutions such as MSP.
Those with lesser experience can be considered for Junior positions.
Excellent ability to present to C level and technical stakeholders
