Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Junior Operation and Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Position Summary:Our client is seeking a Junior Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will work closely with our Sales and Operations teams.
The responsibilities of this position include:- Assist the Operations teams with creating quotations, increase letters, job descriptions, periodic and regular cleaning schedules, etc. Collect and organize data to assist with preparing various KPI matrix.
- Take minutes at scheduled client meetings, as requested.
- Assist our Sales teams with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales/marketing materials are continuously updated.
- Assist with organizing and booking company events, managing invites and attendance.
- Order office supplies containing the logo and other proprietary information.
- Support the Operations and Sales teams with any other tasks as requested.
Qualifications:- Administrative experience in the service industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer and technical skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mathematically oriented.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
