WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Amory Terrace team, a 134-units affordable housing and tax credit community located in Roxbury, MA.

In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects.

Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Additionally, this position offers a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail. Manage all aspects of front desk duties and customer support.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and greet residents and visitors.
  • Create Resident Service Reports.
  • Assist with department operations, including: creating check requests, filing paid invoices, Manage and update multiple team calendars.
  • Generate notices for inspections, repairs, and scheduled work.
  • Assist with recertifications as necessary.
  • Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
  • Complete special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in property management industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
