Job Title: PCU RN Location: Denton, TX Duration: Permanent Shift: Days & Night available Job description: The Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit - RN PCU is responsible for decisions and actions within the domain of nursing practice. Important aspects of this responsibility are the promotion of a safe and therapeutic environment for both the recipients and providers of nursing care; acquisition of specialized knowledge skills and additional formal education to provide specialized care; demonstration and validation of competence in nursing practice; clinical practice consistent with the policies, procedures and standards of this facility; and supervision of other staff as designated within the department.
Qualifications: - Willing to speak with any candidates with recent RN experience in acute care or LTAC experience (will consider candidates that graduates from school with at least 3 months of acute care/ LTAC experience)
- Licensed RN by the State of Texas
- Associates Degree Nursing required
- BLS required.
- Specialty certification encouraged
General Comments - Salary Range: Based on years of experience
- Shift Diff: Nights is $3.75 and Weekends is $4.30 - and RNs get both for Weekend Nights.
- Sign ON: $10,000
- Relocation: $3k
