Pay Rate: $34.61/hour on a w2 with overtime rate of $51.91/hour
Description:
This role will support the Commodities Legal team including the contract negotiators in (1) managing the execution and subsequent handling of a variety of previously negotiated contracts and their supporting documentation and (2) preparing initial drafts of certain agreements using Client's standard forms. The business is complex and high volume and the work must be conducted in a timely, thorough and efficient manner. The function requires extensive interaction with internal clients, scrupulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple matters at the same time. Familiarity with various word processing, spreadsheet and database software is required.
