We are looking for a Project Manager to work with our best-in-class programs and events teams to establish and drive project management processes and methodologies that operate across several organizations and vendors to ensure events and projects are delivered on time and adhere to the high-quality standards of our brand. This role is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, creative-minded project manager who excels working in fast-paced environments.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Serve as the primary project manager for cross functional workstreams contributing to the planning and execution of Stand Together’s biannual summits as well as a number of smaller events throughout the year.
  • Provide clear direction to teammates, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that priorities are understood and deadlines are met.
  • Track full project progress relative to the goals, metrics, and timelines. Regularly connect the team to the status of the portfolio and projects.
  • Establish and utilize a communication system to ensure accountability and on-time deliverables. 
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and scaling through collaboration across the team.

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 5+ years of experience managing creative, event-based, or program-based projects
  • Prior experience or interest in supervising and mentoring a team preferred
  • Ability to drive multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with a wide variety of audiences 
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with staff of all levels, including executives
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • High sense of urgency and initiative
  • Commitment to operational excellence and project delivery
