What you'll do:

Ensure SLA compliance and proper documentation of Driver Cashout and Offboarding requests
Maintain accuracy of driver account clearance before processing requests
Checking and validation of driver change information requests
Provide face to face assistance for drivers with concerns

What we seek:

Someone with strong attention to details
Has good verbal and written communications skills
Familiarity in using basic google sheet/excel functions (Lookup and Pivot)

What you'll need:

Graduate of any 4 year course
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
With at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles or customer service
Willing to work onsite at 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
