Facilities Night Manager/ Janitorial Service/ Bilingual- Central North Austin

City Wide of Austin is seeking a Bilingual Night Manager to oversee buildings in Central north Austin territory, coordinate service providers, and work with the account manager on resolving customer issues.

As a City Wide of Austin Bilingual Night Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with service providers, communicate with the account manager any issues that need immediate attention, make recommendations of service providers for work assignments, and inspect buildings. In the buildings you oversee, you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, and maintaining records and inventories.

This is a Night Manager position – The required working hours are Monday- Friday from 5 pm- 2 am, Must be able to work these hours exclusively and have a flexible schedule. This MUST be your primary job and NOT a 2nd job. Pay starts at $21.00 an Hour, plus mileage and a monthly retention bonus.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous management experience (preferred)

Requirements

• 6 months of related experience and/or training
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Solid understanding of basic business math
• Strong Microsoft Office, internet, and, email communication (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Prompt, regular attendance
• Must have dependable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, and Active auto insurance
• Must be bilingual ( English/ Spanish ) to be successful in this position
