We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as the Digital Content Automation Specialist in the Marketing and Communications Department.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, this position:
- Develops, coordinates, and executes targeted digital communications to all Alliance audiences.
- Works with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate digital communications.
- Performs testing, analyzes the results of digital communications campaigns, and makes recommendations for improvement
- Leverages the Alliance’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform to enhance communication and marketing efforts in support of organizational strategic initiatives

The Marketing and Communications team are brand champions, working collaboratively to create relevant, effective and clear communications to support operational goals and promote understanding of our services for the populations we serve.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has a passion for building digital communications campaigns in automation platforms for different audiences
- Is skilled at automating and executing text message campaigns for mass communication
- Has an understanding of basic programming logic and can set up automation workflows
- Is experienced with data integrations
- Has a solid understanding of digital communications best practices, specifically email marketing and CRM solutions
- Is skilled at collaborating with individual stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Has experience with compliance and understanding regulations; healthcare is a plus

- Knowledge of:
- Digital communications strategies, tools, and automation platforms, including best practices.
- Industry best practices and standards related to email marketing and working with CRM solutions
- Basic programming concepts, such as variables, conditions, and operators
- Principles and practices of database segmentation
- Performance-based measurement, outcomes, and metrics
- Basic research, analysis, and reporting methods
- Ability to:
- Identify issues, conduct research, gather and interpret information and data, identify issues of concern, make logical recommendations for action, and escalate issues to management as appropriate
- Analyze and evaluate campaign performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations for improvement
- Develop and execute digital communications, including setting up automations within various platforms
- Segment lists within an automation platform to create targeted text messages and emails
- Understand data privacy regulations and best practices related to digital communication initiatives and escalate issues to management
- Prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of experience supporting automated digital communication activities, (a Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
OTHER INFORMATION
- We are in a hybrid work environment and we anticipate that the interview process will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams.
- While some staff may work full telecommuting schedules, attendance at quarterly company-wide events or department meetings will be expected.

The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
Compensation Range
$71,623—$125,944 USD

Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
