Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee program operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The Program Manager plays a critical role in implementing and evaluating programming, maintaining compliance with contracts, and building strong relationships with community partners, schools, and the court system.

What You'll Do

• Supervision: Lead and mentor program staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Program Implementation: Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and courts to enhance program impact.
• Administration: Prepare reports, maintain compliance with funding requirements, and manage petty cash.
• Training & Development: Identify staff training needs and promote professional growth.
• 24/7 On-Call Support: Provide support for program emergencies as needed.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for counseling-related programs.
• Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years working with at-risk youth.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Certifications: Valid Illinois driver’s license; additional certifications (e.g., CADC, CWEL) may be required depending on the program.
• Other Requirements: Access to an insured vehicle and a clear driving record.
