As Website Analytics & Optimisations Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our largest sales channel, enabling the commercial success of our growing range of products. You will focus on maintaining and optimising the channel to drive our growth, owning product launches and commercial campaigns. In addition to this, you will input into user experience, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B testing to implement strategies that enhance site performance and increase average order value. 👋 About You
We are looking for a highly skilled Website Analytics & Optimisations Manager to join our team. In this role you will report into Emma Weston, our E-commerce Lead and you will mentor another individual, helping prioritising their work across the business. We’re looking for someone that can proactively lead the day-to-day operations of our website whilst providing analytical and prioritised insights to drive forward high-value projects.
In addition to the day-to-day running of the channel, we will look to this person to support us in our journey to be a UX-first brand. We are looking for someone who can combine analytical tools, qualitative data and research to improve our customers' experience, ensuring frictionless visits and strong conversion. We will also look to this individual to utilise data and insight to drive basket size growth. All of this will be backed up by rigorous AB tests, ensuring we are heading in the right direction.
This role requires strong commercial and strategic thinking, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
