Responsibilities
- Facilitate the reconciliation of insurance claims and payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage and maintain records of insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in insurance claims.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to address inquiries and facilitate smooth claim processes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure adherence to best practices in insurance reconciliation.
- Provide support and assistance to the team in insurance-related matters
Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance reconciliation within GCC countries is essential.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in managing insurance-related documentation and databases.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reconciling claims and payments.
- Flexibility in adapting to shifting work schedules.
- Preferred nationality: Indian (Male Only) / Filipino.
- Overseas or local candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for maintaining records and processing insurance claims.
- Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare insurance landscape is preferable.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare administration or insurance-related fields is a plus.
