Senior Partner Marketing Manager, APJ

SUMMARY

• As Wiz expands its APJ region we are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to play a significant role in defining and advancing demand generation with cloud service providers (CSP), channel partners and GSIs. In this role, you will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on defining and implementing joint go-to-market marketing campaigns with key partners, think strategically about where to invest resources, and gain satisfaction from driving marketing campaigns to deliver on business outcomes. You will collaborate with our APJ Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Global Partner Marketing and the broader marketing team to amplify our CSP strategy, grow pipeline through partners, and support ‘to’, ‘through’ and ‘with’ partner programs. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Partner Marketing with a dotted line to the APJ Field Marketing leader

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans with CSPs in APJ that effectively drive awareness and build pipeline in GEO.
• Work closely with the Geo CSP Alliance Managers, Channel leads and Marketing leads from CSP and Partner organisations to identify priorities and partner marketing initiatives.
• Activate global joint partner marketing plans and campaigns across the GEO and align with regional field marketing teams for local execution.
• Develop detailed in GEO campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics
• Work closely with top technology & channel partners in GEO to build and execute multi-partner demand gen programs, working closely with field marketing and channel teams.
• Work closely with APJ field marketing teams to support strategic CSP hosted events or partner-facing events to drive demand for, with, and through channel partners
• Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and MDF related CSP marketing programs in geo

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 6+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise technology companies across ANZ and APJ.
• Proven track record of successfully launching partner campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to execute results-driven partner marketing programs.
• Experience in planning and executing partner webinars, tradeshows, and field marketing events.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail for effective project management.
• Proficiency in translating marketing efforts into measurable business impact and outcomes.
• Self-motivated and adept at working independently, with the ability to communicate effectively with remote management.
• Familiarity with marketing tools like Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, and 6sense.
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in Singapore with full working rights
