Mina Foundation seeks an experienced Operations and Project Manager with a focus on operations, project and Partner management.

The Senior Operations and Project Manager  plays a critical role by overseeing both the day-to-day operational functions including Mina Foundation’s delegation program, and the management of specific projects and 3rd party deliveries. This role demands a team member who is detail-focused, collaborative, and adept at resource management. They must possess outstanding skills in managing people and have a comprehensive grasp of the complete project delivery process in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, from the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage through the entire lifecycle. Additionally, this individual should have a thorough understanding of the essential compliance elements required to operate Foundation’s projects successfully in the Web 3.0 context. 

The focus of the role is twofold:

1- Manage strategic projects for the Mina Ecosystem with partners and other Mina Foundation departments (product/engineering/BD/ecosystem) 

2- Improve and drive the delegation program, key to the compliance culture of the Mina Foundation, and work closely with the General Counsel and other departments to ensure key compliance aspects are in place to run a Foundation successfully in Web 3

Requirements

●      Drive strategic initiatives with partners for the Mina Foundation ecosystem

●      Negotiate and finalize agreements (MSA, SoW) with partners alongside BD and Product.

●      Manage budget allocation for activities.

●      Coordinate the design, testing, launch, and lifecycle phases with partners and other MF departments (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal,  Community, and BD)

●      Drive & Manage the day-to-day Delegation Program with a cross-functional team

●      Improve Foundation’s AML/KYC policies and procedures.

●      Work closely with the Marketing & Community team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

●      Ensure employee compliance with various policies and procedures, including insider trading policy and data retention policy.

●      Assist the General Counsel with agreement drafting and organization

Qualifications:

         Experience: 7-10 years of relevant work experience in operations, partnership and project management. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing strategic partnerships is highly valued.

         Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Web 3 ecosystem. This includes understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks that may impact partnership activities.

         Certifications: certifications related to project & program management (e.g PMI, Prince 2, SaFE…).

         Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, interpersonal skills such as empathy, diplomacy, and conflict resolution.

         Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and derive insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize partnership outcomes.

         Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and lead initiatives to successful completion.

 Skills:

●      Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders.

●      Negotiation: Proficiency in negotiating agreements, contracts, and terms with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while also protecting the interests of your organization.

●      Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically and align partnership objectives with the broader goals of the organization. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing long-term partnership strategies.

●      Project Management: Strong project management skills to coordinate and oversee various aspects of partnership initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

●      Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, negotiate terms, convey expectations, and provide updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external partners.

●      Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address challenges and conflicts that may arise during the partnership lifecycle, finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.

●      Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across different departments within Mina Foundation organization, such as marketing, product development, product and legal, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.

●      Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve consensus and drive successful outcomes in partnership endeavors.
