RESPONSIBILITIES:
*7+Years of Experience OpenText Content Server, Enterprise Document Management System.
* Strong Content Server Administration skills & Good knowledge on development.
* Good Communication skills.
* Good knowledge on workflows, Live Reports and Web Reports
* Design, Develop and Support Applications forms reports workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server.
* Problem Management Reactive/proactive problem management, root cause analysis and periodic trend analysis
* End User and technical Support Provide support, advice and assistance to end users.
* Work with BA team to understand requirements and participate in design for minor enhancements.
* Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications.
* Ability to work intuitively, along or as part of a team environment.
* Professional, precise communication skills
* Perform Quality checks.
* Perform unit testing Assist with functional acceptance testing as needed.
* Assist with code build and deployment process
* Provide timely status updates Contribute understand and adhere to Application Support processes. •
