Porter- Aria

Position Overview:

The position is full-time and non-exempt located in Los Angeles, CA . The Porter is responsible, under the direction of the site manager, for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining the following areas:
• Pool Area
• Hallways and Entry way
• Community Living/ Dining Room
• Laundry Rooms
• Bathrooms
• Trash Area
• Assist maintenance technician with work orders and preparing units for re-renting to new residents

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial/ porter duties
• General understanding and knowledge of basic maintenance skills
• Possession of a valid California driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
• Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working at an apartment complex
• Custodian/Janitorial

Compensation:

• 20.00/ Hourly
