Supper Series Members (positions below)

The Supper Series Chair shall assist the Deputy for Sponsorship and Fundraising in all aspects of running a successful Supper Series. Supper Series is a fundraising event in which volunteers partner with a local restaurant to deliver food and in turn, get to keep a portion of the profit. The responsibilities of the Chair will include, but are not limited to, attending Supper Series events and overseeing the committee, keeping track of all transactions that occur during the event, maintaining communication with restaurant staff and committee members, and marketing the event.

Applications will remain open until September 24th at 4PM EST.

Eligible candidates must have paid the Arts & Science Undergraduate Membership Fee.

Positions Available:

• Event Promoter (2)
  • Marketing of various upcoming events through social media channels and in-person promotions on and off campus.
  • Help design marketing materials.
  • Expected hours per week: 5
    
• Event Liason (2)
  • Ensuring that the coordination and implementation of the live event is successful.
  • Active participation in events and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Expected hours per week: 5

Time Commitment and Responsibilities:

An approximately 8-month term from September 2024 to April 2025 with a time commitment of 5-6 hours per week
