Help shape the future by empowering children aged 0 to 6 to become independent, confident, and passionate learners!
Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Assistant Guide (Teacher) to support a mixed-age class of toddlers and preschoolers (ages 3-6) in our Montessori environment.
In a Montessori classroom, Guides carefully create an environment that sparks curiosity, fosters independence, and provides individualized support. The guide offers personalized lessons to each child, nurturing their growth and helping them discover the joy of learning. You'll guide children in using materials, encourage exploration, and instill confidence in their abilities.
We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential and thrive in a supportive, child-centered environment.
