As the Senior Vice President of University Partnerships at HyperionDev you will be a member of the senior management team, and lead the function for acquiring university partnerships in North America and the UK, growing the success in the partnership model that Hyperion has achieved after partnering with some of the world’s top universities, including Imperial College London.
You will take ownership of an existing team of university partnership managers located in the UK & South Africa and drive the hiring of new staff in North America and Europe to scale our university partnership functions.
You should be motivated with the knowledge that our courses and education methodology change the lives of people for the better. You must be ambitious and want to make the most of the opportunity you will have being a core part of a small but fast-growing organisation.
You will work within the senior management team to help in building, influencing and managing the culture of the organisation. You will create and drive strategies on everything from talent acquisition to company quarterly planning for your department and the company at large, and be at the helm of one of the world’s fastest-growing tech startups.
We are looking for someone with a demonstrable record in acquiring university partnerships and building and leading successful business development teams in a high-growth, high-performance workplace.
Equity: As a senior leadership role within the company, you may be eligible for direct ownership in the business through our stock option scheme.
