Purpose of Award
These Awards have been developed to assist and encourage young Māori students to study towards a tertiary qualification and to pursue a career at Deloitte.

Selection Criteria
Ideal applicants will:
· Have a good Academic Record
· Demonstrated interest in studying and pursuing a tertiary qualification
· Rangatahi Māori embarking on a higher education journey
· Demonstrated strong interest in Māori culture and language
· Demonstrated involvement in iwi and community activities
· Be in their first year of university or have more than two years of tertiary study remaining

Suitable referees may include:

3. An employer or supervisor. This can be for unpaid or voluntary work, vacation work or part time employment
