<p><strong>ROLE:</strong> Project Manager – Global Business Transformation Project </p><p><strong>DURATION:</strong> Initially offered on a 12 month FTC basis, with a strong possibility of being extended.</p><p><strong>LOCATION:</strong> Remote based with some travel to London for team meetings.  <span dir="ltr">Some international travel will be required [Planned travel 1-2 times per year, most likely ASIA and within EMEA when required].</span><br></p><p>The <strong>Project Manager – Global Business Transformation Project</strong> is the key liaison point between the internal CXC business areas, CXC technology solution delivery team and external Software Vendors to ensure projects are properly documented, tested, and implemented as agreed.   <span dir="ltr">The Project Manager will have access to key Managers/Scrum Managers/BA’s for each workstream and will work across the EMEA region.  However they will also have scope to deliver global projects/feature relating to the program, pre discovery activities with CXC countries in preparing the country to transition to the platform and business owners and other global projects. </span></p><p>The Project Manager will support the internal CXC business areas to embrace change through development a change and communication strategy, support the business through change and ensure clear and regular communication, visibility through reporting to stakeholders, project team and CXC internal business areas.  The successful candidate will be working on the <span dir="ltr">internal global transformation project and will focus on implementation and change management to a new global salesforce system which will require strong change management and technical project management experience. This project is transitioning our organisation globally into a single salesforce platform.</span></p><p>The Project Manager will work within the CXC Project Management and Change Management methodology and framework and will upskill themselves on CXC products and technologies used and offered and use that knowledge to aid in scoping and deployment of solutions as well as in the support of the business supporting the Technology delivery teams and product manager group.  The role is </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>• Accurately allocate and forecast resources across projects and other activities and project group resource for individual projects.<br>• With the support and guidance of the Global Systems Steering committee<br>manage, oversee and coordinate all projects under the Global Systems umbrella from concept through to full implementation and warranty period.<br>• Ensure all projects/work packages are managed under the agreed governance and documents mandated by the Leadership team.<br>• Interface with the Software Vendors and internal CXC business areas at the<br>leadership level, managing project group expectations.<br>• Deliver project meetings in accordance with the agreed internal project communication plan.<br>• Manage the project group to ensure the risks, actions, issues, and key decisions are highlighted, documented and completed where applicable within the agreed robust governance framework.<br>• Ongoing review of respective projects to ensure best practice and continuous improvement is delivered throughout the project lifecycle.<br>• Ensure that Software Vendors and internal CXC business area requirements and analysis workshops are completed to define business, process, functional, technology requirements and data gathering and analysis needs.<br>• Support the Professional Services Director to manage, oversee and coordinate projects from concept through to full implementation and warranty period.<br>• Act as the project lead, taking ownership of allocated projects and work packages with requirements that range from complex to relatively straightforward.<br>• Manage all work streams and projects in accordance with set project methodology and governance, in a structured fashion ensuring all documents, tools and templates are accurately maintained at all times.<br>• Manage the change management strategy for respective projects.<br>• Ongoing review of respective projects to ensure best practice and continuous improvement is delivered throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>• Ensure that client and/or internal CXC business area requirements and<br>analysis workshops are completed to define business, process, functional,<br>technology requirements and data gathering and analysis needs.<br>• Manage the discovery phase of projects, engaging with the vendors and internal CXC business areas in workshop, interviews and one to one sessions.<br>• Ensure all project reporting is accurate and delivered to the agreed timescales, including project status and delivery to individual milestones, RAID logs, highlight reports and executive summary reports, project tracker and timesheets etc.<br>• Manage the change control process as defined and agreed within the PID.<br>• Review the lessons learned log and deliver the lessons learned meeting and report in conjunction with the project group.<br>• Manage all work streams and projects in accordance with set project methodology and governance, in a structured fashion ensuring all documents, tools and templates are accurate and always maintained.<br>• Facilitate in country with the support of the local Change Champions the training and deployment of Global Systems.<br>• Manage the change management strategy for respective projects.<br>• Take an active role and manage trouble shooting where required.<br>• Responsible for the accurate allocation and forecasting of own resource across projects and other activities and project group resource for individual projects.<br>• Maintenance and accuracy of all respective Project documents and tools, including business case, resource allocation, project summary, etc.<br>• Attend regular internal Professional Services Department Team meetings.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>• Demonstrable experience of managing <span dir="ltr">Business Transformation and Technology projects</span>.<br>• Strong understanding of Project Management Principals / Best Practices and Agile (e.g., Prince II, PMBOK) and <span dir="ltr">Project Methodology (Prince2 in place or PMBOK).  Change Management experience is highly desirable.   </span></p><p><span dir="ltr"></span>• Experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed hardware and software applications (e.g. Salesforce).<br>• Experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials.<br>• MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).<br>• Collaboration Tool desirable [Monday.com, InVision].<br>• Experience in Salesforce desirable.</p><p><strong>KEY CAPABILITIES:</strong></p><p>• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate.<br>• Consultative and solution based skills.<br>• Sound problem solving and analytical skills.<br>• Demonstrable negotiation ability.<br>• Demonstrable team work and interpersonal skills.<br>• The ability to explore and have the ability to rationalize win/win customer and business focused outcomes.<br>• A positive attitude towards change and change management.<br>• Ability to be self-motivated and self-managed.<br>• High level of persistence.<br>• A genuine desire to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.<br>• Proven experience in managing client relationships through project implementations.<br>• A desire to be part of a team and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross – functional teams.<br>• Excellent written and verbal skills.</p><p><strong>BEHAVIOURAL EXPECTATIONS:</strong></p><p>Behaviour must always be consistent with all company policies, procedures, and the Global Core Values:<strong><br>We are a Family:</strong> We care for each other and work better as a team.
