Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Copywriter with a "can-do" attitude to join our Central CRM department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts.
In this role you will be crafting compelling and engaging content for CRM campaigns, offers and customer communications across multiple CRM channels. Your focus will be on driving customer engagement through clear, actionable, and persuasive copy. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our communications are consistent, accurate, and effective.
This role requires a strong understanding of various sports, competitions, and leagues both globally and in Betsson’s key markets, excellent English-language writing skills, and the ability to adapt to different brand voices and styles.
A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Content Development:
- Write promotional content for Sportsbook campaigns, bonuses, and special offers to attract and retain players.
- Develop engaging, clear, and persuasive copy across all CRM channels - emails, OMS, SMS, push notifications, landing pages, and other CRM channels.
- Ensure all content is compliant with our license and adheres to Betsson Group's style guides and brand voice.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms and communication channels.
Content Optimisation:
- Leverage analytics to fine-tune subject lines, copy, CTAs, etc. to drive improved customer engagement.
- Support and drive A/B tests to enhance CRM campaigns, offers and customer communications.
- Edit and optimise copy created by other team members as needed.
Research and Insight:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences to create relevant and timely content.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Complete fluency in written English.
- Understanding of the Sportsbook products, player bonuses and incentives.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with regard to proofreading.
- An existing understanding of various sports, competitions, and leagues both globally and in Betsson’s key markets, along with a genuine interest in understanding what drives and motivates sportsbook customers.
- Ability to receive and manage constructive feedback, potentially from multiple stakeholders.

- Proficiency in SEO principles and content management systems.
