Product Manager - Brandsites
Job Summary:     The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, manage, and coordinate enhancements on a large consumer-facing enterprise website. The role will ensure that all enhancements meet the overall website strategy, goals, and objectives.  The Product Manager will work closely with the Client Strategy, Product, and Development teams, clients and partners to ensure successful delivery of website enhancements and optimizations. 
Essential Job Functions:     
•    Create, manage, and maintain roadmap in collaboration clients and partners. 
•    Capture and manage new enhancement ideas from all stakeholders. 
•    Lead effort to evaluate, groom, and fine enhancement ideas 
•    Prioritize product backlog, stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with the greatest value are aligned with product strategy 
•    Develop and viewpoints on product direction and strategy with internal teams, partners, and clients. 
•    Lead effort to define, scope, estimate and prioritize feature enhancements 
•    Oversee and drive the planning and overall delivery of feature enhancements 
•    Write and present Business Pre-Positioning, Business requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and a variety of other Product Management artifacts to stakeholders in and outside the company. 
•    Review and analysis deliverables (strategy, UX design, wires, comps, etc.) and provide feedback in formal and informal settings. 
•    Work with Partners and the strategy team to define the measurement of success, KPI, analytics, and reports 
•    Lead and coordinate user studies with partners 
•    Explain product enhancements and hand off business requirements to business analyst to specify technical requirements 
•    Review technical requirements and provide feedback to business analyst and development team. 
•    Lead and participates in meeting with internal teams, partners, and clients. 
Other 
Responsibilities:     
•    Collaborate extensively among Client's internal departments and across resources at client and partner 
        resources at agencies and third parties. These include teams of business sponsors, product owners, customer relationship managers, technologists, creative experts, user experience experts, and web analysts. 
    •     Provide change leadership if required to implement objectives. 
    •     Foster relationships Client decision-makers and promote healthy collaboration. 
Minimum  Qualifications and Job 
Requirements:
•     5+ years of experience in product, program and/or portfolio management. 
5+ years of experience managing business-to-consumer website(s) or underlying services  
    •     3+ years of experience working with teams to scope, estimate, plan and delivery projects, products and product enhancements. 
    •     3+ years of experience working with automotive OEMs or similar corporate entities. 
    •     A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Technology or related fields 
    •     Strong digital marketing acumen 
    •     Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills 
    •     Proven ability to articulate business concepts, priorities, and manage competing business needs. 
    •     Ability Managing multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment 
    •     Experience with Agile product development 
    •     Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment where that are multiple stakeholders and partners. 
    •     Strong understanding of technology; demonstrated ability to conceptualize, describe, explain technical concepts to business stakeholder and have a technical conversation with the development team. 
    •     Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to navigate through ambiguity and break down complex problems into simplified and manageable parts 
    •     Ability to analyze consumer data and draw actionable insights to drive business decision or improve customer experience.
