We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who can bring fresh ideas to the table, isn't afraid to take risks, and is excited about the opportunity to make a massive impact on our business. Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Advertising (Google/ Tiktok/ others a Plus)
• Experience managing budgets over $100,000/mo.
• In-depth understanding of the general principles of user acquisition and performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• English upper intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining, implementing, and owning an end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels
• Be hands-on in creating a web experience that increases traffic and engagement, improves conversions, creates pipeline, and ultimately revenue
• Launch, measure performance and optimize digital marketing campaigns (primarily Meta)
• Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities and channels to drive growth.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive results.
• Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
